Ronan leads the delivery of our cost management services, taking an active part at both project and strategic levels, including procurement & tendering, central cost monitoring and assisting our valued clients in establishing robust project delivery processes.

In a career spanning over 30 years, Gary has extensive experience delivering project and strategic services within multiple construction industry sectors.

Gary started his career with a leading international construction consultancy, followed by various senior management and director -evel positions. He works closely alongside key stakeholders to provide professional advice and drive project success.

Gary leads the delivery of our project management services, providing the full spectrum of services during pre- and post-contract stages, together with specialising in the delivery of our strategic value engineering, risk management and project delivery process services.

Commencing her career in 2016, Ellie has progressed through the practice to her current position. Her experience involves the development of projects from inception through to completion, with particular experience in high-volume rollout projects, requiring effective and efficient cost management skills.

As Associate Director, Ellie is passionate about building strong client relationships and working closely with client stakeholders and project team members to deliver innovative cost management solutions. She is dedicated to understanding our clients’ unique business objectives and providing tailored strategies to optimise their projects.

Ellie is enthusiastic about upholding the highest standards for both Doyle Hamilton’s clients and in-house team. As such, Ellie is responsible for managing Doyle Hamilton’s ISO Certifications, ensuring quality, consistency and compliance across the practice.
