
Doyle Hamilton Associates is able to offer principal designer (H&S) services, along with client assist services, to help manage the health and safety of projects under the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2015.
We treat the challenges of each project as unique, and protect our clients’ obligations by incorporating health and safety early in the design, building competent teams, managing risks and establishing robust site processes.
Our principal designer / client assist services include:
- Early identification of inherent project risks
- Coordinate with the design team on principles of prevention
- Ongoing input in H&S issues as the design progresses
- Undertake contractor competency assessments
- Collate all pre-construction information plan (PCIP) information
- Review of the contractor’s construction phase plan
- Issuing of F10 / statutory notices
- Site visits to assess and monitor health and safety
- Collation of the health and safety file
